Sylvia Walks in East Hampton NY

Greetings from East Hampton!

Sorry I haven't posted any new photos for a few weeks, sometimes life gets in the way!

But it's mid-May and spring is a couple of weeks earlier than usual...

The choke cherries are already past their prime...

All the shops are opening on Main Street...

There is traffic even in the early morning...

But muted by fog and splendid spring colors!

We had an Australian TV Show shoot a segment at The Mill House Inn!

My lilacs obliged by blooming early...

Corry co-starred with the incredibly cute Tom Williams!

And it was my birthday! Lee gave me pink Hydrangeas and Pink Champagne...

Mother Nature turned the back deck at the Graybarn Cottage into a pink-frosted layer cake!

And the sun shone...

and the wind blew...

and the surf roared...

and, at least here in this little piece of heaven, it felt like all was right with the world...

Pray for peace and clean beaches...
